Profluence is a private investor network connecting founders, operators, and institutional capital. They needed a way to handle fast-growing application volume without adding manual review overhead. We built a focused custom system that made the whole process fast, consistent, and credible.

Profluence was growing fast. Founders were applying to join the network, but reviewing each application manually was eating time and creating inconsistency. Off-the-shelf tools didn't fit the workflow. A generic form and spreadsheet wasn't good enough.
Solution
We built one focused custom web application — not a platform overhaul, just the right tool for this specific workflow. Founders submit their company info and deck. The system analyzes each submission against fit criteria, ranks results, and routes top candidates forward. The team reviews the shortlist, not every raw submission.
